When Shelby, the American automobile supercar manufacturer, redesigns a condominium residency all ordinary approaches to luxury high-rise advertisements get left behind in the rearview mirror. Shelby Residences is located in the heart of the SMU University Crossing Neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. Our demographic was up and coming University students and young professionals looking to enter the next stage of their life without falling behind with what is new and exciting. Our approach to this audience was to highlight the positives of homeownership with a humorous and irreverent approach.
